Two people died during popping in Rodriguez

Hi guys,
today I have a very, very sad message. In Rodriguez happened a big accident during popping. Two people died. My good friend Stephan Kreupl (world record holder Blue Marlin in the 80lb class) survived. I thank to god for that.
My sympathy belongs to the two angler that died

Condolences to the families.

I was on a small boat on the Ningaloo reef once and the skipper had taken his eyes off the incoming waves for a moment and by the time he checked we had drifted closer to the reef break and were side on to a large wave not far off from breaking
He just had time to gun the throttle and ride up and over or we would have been in serious trouble.  It only takes a second for things to go wrong in that kind of environment so take care out there.
