Well i realise that Varivas might be a really good line but it didnt work for me at all. i don't think it was an error on my behalf because the tuff line didn't have the same problems. I talked the Brandon after i got back and he said it sounds like a dud batch and i must admitt i agree with him, but that been said i dont think a company that charges a premium price for their line should be able just do that.

That could very well be true Randy. Just remember that there is a lot more room for error in 100lb than in 70lb! ;D

it was quite interesting as i did ask Randy whether the line was breaking at the bimimi. He said it definitely was not because he could see based on where the colour change that it broke nowhere near the bimimi.
The line was either damaged from being drageed over some coral or it was a bad batch. I can't think of anything else

You should ask for a refund if you feel it was a bad batch - unacceptable.
