Check out the new reels from Penn to hit the market leter this year. I suppose it was only a matter of time before Penn released something at the premium end of the market. Still, at the prices they are going to be, I'll let someone try them!

Yeah it seems to me it takes a while to really refine a reel model....and at US$700 for the large one you aren't exactly saving a fortune on the cost of a new Stella...

Will be interesting to see how it performs in the mid term....

Scott, that penn 850ssm was howling line off  when the fin took it, and we were thinking he would get spooled at one point. But it did the job and held up very well.
