Hi Louis, fantastic work there, brilliant pics and report, thanks for sharing.

I am particularly interested in your land based efforts.......how do you stop these fish while casting off the rocks? Are there big structures they can swim around or down over to cut you off? And if running big drag settings, how do you avoid getting ripped off the rocks by the fish?

What is the formula that you use for weight estimation of your fish? I am interested in what other people use how accurate they seem to be.

size of fish * "Chest size"*"chest size" / 800 = weight in pounds. We made test on the fish which couldn't be released and the result was that we were 2 or 3 kilos under the reality. So it seem to be a pretty accurate formula.
