Knots you use

Well, since the midknot may be a bit so so until I get it right. The other one mentioned was the fg knot.

Is this it ?

How does this rate?

I was looking for something to joining braid to leader when I run out of twisted leaders.

Else I use the loop to loop connection for the twisted leaders passing them through each other about 6 times. Also use a bimini and albright to connect the main line and leader and the stren knot.
Plus the good ol uni knot in other connections.

What other knots do you all use...

Brandon Khoo:
that's the one. What works for me is after every three crossovers, I wet and tighten the loops.

Andrew Poulos:
anyone have the instructions in english ?

Other than that, It looks like you wrap down the leader up to 8 times, then back 8, then do about the same number or more half hitches.

Hi Andrew,

I will try to make some visual instructions with english details soon.

I am also considering making some videos to be posted on the website if there is enough demand.

Other good knots are: Albright, No-name/Bristol, "Cairns Quickie" and another one that i am working out how to tie from a friend (will post me instructions of that one soon).

Cheers,
Luke

Andrew Poulos:
That would be good Luke....

I think the Cairns quickie is also the yucatan or stren knot.

Albrights and those are part of my usual knots, just looking for low profile ones for when casting lures etc.
