Hi fellas
Are these types of gloves supposed to be rated for braid? Do they help as finger stalls for casting the heavy lures? The pair I would like to chase would be something that I can also use for surf fishing, especialy in winter!

go down to bunnings and check out the mechanic/tool gloves, kinchrome make them and they are very heavy duty, suede material on the palm side. There's heaps of different brands cheers

Steve, I'm in wholehearted agreement with you mate.......I have no desire to look cool, and I just want something cheap that'll do the job. Will check out the Medalist gloves too.
