Expression of Interest: Golden Eagle Cape Washington GT + YFT Trip

Hi All,

I am currently taking expressions of interest for a hardcore popping and jigging trip to Cape Washington and surrounding seamounts on board Golden Eagle. Techniques used will be primarily popping and stickbaiting techniques - with a little bit of jigging if desired.

I am looking for 4 anglers. Dates have not been set and can be communally discussed by those interested.

When's the best time to fish there?

Hard to say Jay.
It is quite remote and not fished much so the stocks should be good. Popping better in the surf and jigging should be good on the seamount but anywhere around that area in 100 to 150m of water is good.
Ditto Mabulica Reef near the island of Gau. Oh yeah!!!!
