I had the pleasure to be part of this great trip that took place in Wilmington North Carolina,
Mogi-san along with Shout field tester Ono-san and Aramaki-san ,Horiguchi-san and Sano-san and myself made it to the gulf stream to have a taste of pain,
Captain Mike from Liveline and Captain Rick from living waters were our guides
We started our day with triple hookups on almost every drift until the fish start to shy away and we changed places and still manage to get a fish here and there,
The highlight of this trip was Mogi-san AJ at 59inch estimated at 102lb according to Captain Mike chart followed by Ono-san from Shout,
I have to admit that I fished with one of the best jigger I have seen, Ono-san really impressed me with his jigging style and when the fish shy away from everyone he still manages to get a strike,
It was a pleasure to watch him jig and see his skills in jigging, not just speed jigging but sliding, jerking as well.
After all everybody was happy and we manage to have a shot on the second day.
Tackle used:
Rods: MC-Works, Shout, Valleyhill,
Reels: Shimano Stella, Daiwa Saltiga, Studio Ocean Mark,
Jigs: Shout, Deep liner,Smith,Sanme jigs,
Line: Sunline PE Jigger
Enjoy the picture

Hi Sam,
it is a Blackfin and it taste really good  ;)
we caught over 10 of those Blackfin on this trip, in early spring we catch them on top water in North Carolina, they will be after flying fish, they put up a nice fight on light tackle.
