Glanville:- had a nice early start and headed out to the west, we had a lot of fish showing up all morning but only to catch a few odds and end on the jigs here and there including a giant trout of 15kg things heated up a little later in the day and we managed a triple hook up on doggies one of which was a beast that crash tackle a stickbait at the boat, very entertaining, we ended up with a wide variety of fish on the jigs including 15 doggies up to 30kg. the weather out here at the moment is something in itself, mirror like and steaming hot looking forward to another day out there tomorrow.

Saltaire:   With the sun rising early it's a great chance for us to get out early. We started of heading more to the west where the current seemed to be pushing more to our favour. The sounder was about to explode with the amount of life showing beneath the boat. But it wasn't until 2 hours before the top of the tide that things really started to heat up!!! There were Rods folding over with doggies either side of me on almost every drop down with the jigs. It was incredible to watch. However the amount of doggies hooked compared with the amount that actually managed to get boated was another story we managed to boat around 10 nice ones with a lot of re-rigging in between!! We can only hope the action and the great weather remains the same for tomorrow's day out on the water.

Alex- today we went popper fishing for the first half of the day. We got a couple of small ones and a few red bass and missed a nice trout. In the arvo we went trolling a few skirts and got some nice yellowfin, dolphin fish and missed a nice sailfish.
