GT charters in Bali

I am heading to Bali again in April for 11 days and am pretty interested in getting into some GT and other large species on the poppers and jigs. Can anyone recomend a well setup charter from anywhere on the island that will not cost the earth? I have all of my own jigging gear but do not own a popping rod so someone who supplies gear would be good.

Also any tips on landbased fishing around Easter would be great.

So you were on Adhek's boat?  Myself and Paul Vogl were fishing on the other boat. You probably saw me when Adhek and I exchanged hellos  .

It was hard going on Saturday with few fish but we did better on Sunday.

No worry , was trying to get away from my Italian friend who kept feeding me with pastas , ice cream , lemoncello n pizza , gained 1 kg just being in Bali for 3 days ! 

I am gonna be there again a 2 weeks time !

Hi Mark, yes I was on adhek's boat...true..it was a tough day last saturday..but we did alright in jigging wise..I did't manage to get out on sunday as GF prevented me to spend another day on the boat
