Excuse my laziness for not trolling through the forum for the answer but why are ths studio ocean mark spools considered a valuable alternative to stella spools - only advantage I can see is buying a 16000 SOM for a 10000 Stella because it holds a little more line.

Couldnt see any reason in the specs to warrant the extra $$$...
Can any one tell me why any one would buy a SOM over a stella spool? why the attraction (is it aesthetics?).
