ummm......there is a current term applicable in this situation "get a life!"
If you can't actually go fishing I am sure there are a number of things I can think of that are better than a GAME ON YOUR PHONE you can do to at least give the impression you fish
Clean your fishing gear. At least take it all out and look at it.
Repaint the lures (but take photos of the fish damage)
Go through the photos of fishing trips
Tie some leaders. Test each different type.
Discuss endlessly (over beers or alcohol of your choice) which is better
Go through all all photos of past fishing trips
Plan next trip (real)
Plan next trip (imaginary)
Daydream of next trip (real or imaginary)
Imagine bigger fish....and even bigger....
