All of those issues have definitely been addressed - hopefully they are significant enough to get a big tick from consumers.

I can confirm that there is a new drag knob (not just a redesign to fit in with the concept of the new reel).

the 20000 spool won,t fit on the 10000 XG   ... the 10000 share the same chasis as the 8000; only with a deeper spool


i,m unsure about the SW 18000 HG that might fit on the FA 10000 reel . and i am still finding out if this will fit or not ..

Spools from the new reels will not fit the FA's. The new spools are taller and slightly wider, therefore will not fit.
