Awesoem stuff Kil!!
By the way everyone here is loving those BH 250 blanks you sent!! They are so powerful and everyone wants one!! Unfortunately the guides will not arrive until near the end of July so no photos of a built rod for a while!!

Rob Langridge:
Great pictures Kil.
Looks like 2010 was a good year on the Bluefin tuna. I wish you all the luck in 2011.
Go get amongst em Kil i have a feeling you might get a 130kg+ this year.

Cheers Rob  ;)

Hi Mark,
Even though they are 250g, you can abuse them like 400 -500g jigging rods
Every blank we sent was tested with my hands.
As you see in the first two pictures I posted, I caught 230 lb bluefin with prototype 200g Black Hole Cape Cod Special jigging rod.
We plan to carry Fuji guides and rod building components in the near futures.

Hi Rob,
Fishing was great until mid July in 2010,  but they left for offshore ground until the end of Sept when water temp went up.  Every year is different.  We had decent bluefin fishing in Cape Cod in summer in 2009.

After Capt Dom caught bluefin on a jig and on a popper on June 1st, no bluefin was caught on a jig or on a popper, but hot open bites will happen any time.  We got a report two big bluefin were lost today in the same area we got them on popper in early June last year and I plan to fish the area on Tuesday. Bites are usually done by mid morning in early season. So we plan to leave the dock around 4:00 am in the morning.

Luke Wyrsta:
Some great captures Kil.

Looking forward to catching up  with you in the Cape.
