Glanville:- the first plane arrived today at around 12 and after a quick safety briefing and some manic tackle rigging the boys were on the water in full force, we waited for the second plane anxiously and the water was getting calmer by the minute by the time the second plane arrived and the guests got their tackle rigged it was around 4:15pm we got straight into it and it didn't take long before we had a rod bending with the first GT for the trip and in the hour managed to get 5 good sized fish to the boat before it was time to call it a day and head back, looking forward to a fresh start for the day tomorrow fish better be careful we coming to get them.

Peter: We ended up arriving at our first fishing spot at around three this afternoon. I had planned getting there a little earlier but a squall came through and slowed us down somewhat on our travels. As a result the amount of run wasn't as much as I would of liked none the less we managed to catch a nice size GT and saw a few more.

John:- After a late start this arve and less than an hour to fish we found some really good looking water not far from the mothership and started well with an exciting take from a nice GT next to the boat, unfortunately had no other sightings for the afternoon but a good warm up for the boys for the week of fishing ahead.

Nick:- Out early arvo saw us chasing the tide but we still managed to see a lot of fish today, almost every stop we saw at least one fish but rain made for poor visibility. There was surprisingly a lot of bait around which was great to see and Brandon, Ken and Rob had a good warm up session to start the week off stretching those old GT muscles and blowing the dust off the rods. As water started to flow in we were again seeing fish and unfortunately time was against us and we had to head back to the mothership. Good first day.
