Hi guys, is there an issue with the PE line rotating about the spool? I had understood that the use of mono backing prevented the line from moving, but from what has been mentioned earlier that does not seem to be the case. Thanks.

PE/Braid slips on the arbor. You either need to put a small layer or nylon backing on first so that the nylon grips to the arbor or apply a layer or tape.
