Is this how I should attach my bimini twist to twisted leader?

How do you get a smaller loop on the bimini? as I pull up (away from my knee or big toe) with my finger to wind on the downward wrap action my loop grows...

I use my hands and hook the loop over a nail or door handle, hang on to the tag end in my teeth and leaning forward use my finger to pull the twists up creating the downward final twist........it just takes practice.

this morning I managed to get the loop so I just could squeeze my hand through, still to big?

that is a pretty good effort. I think the risk of losing a stripper is reduced quite a bit with a loop that is so small.
Why don't you learn to tie a FG?
