Ben of Nomad NZ has some at Tauranga to try for the Kingie brigade.
I have been using these on my charter boat for a few weeks now and in this short time I am very impressed, they are nice and easy to cast and work lures when on the butt of your rod, there is plenty of padding when it comes to fighting a fish, the biggest advantage to using Cush-its are when the fish is close to the boat it is easy to go from a fighting position to under your arm if the fish decides to make a run under the boat as a lot of Kings do plus not having to have a gimble on is great. these are a must for casting and jigging
