Hi Mark,

Yes, we have been on several trips with the spool.
Got plenty of fishes on it although none was monsters but the spool have performed well.
It has been launched in Japan almost a month ago, there has been no cases of spool getting burnt and busted till date.
It is a wonderful spool especially for popping because of the high and gradual drag even with a full spool.
Personally tested it to 18kg on full lock using a direct pull without a rod.
