Variable conditions, I stay with my selection .  If could only ever own one  type of popper it would be Craftbait GT3 150 - the ultimate all round popper with "that" wiring system and stunning finishes.  And MH80H and Stella 18000 are no-brainers for me.

I agree with Mark 

The only thing I would change would be to go with a Gamma 200 or 160H, however in variable conditions th GT3 is probably a lot more versatile. That said... we worked Gamma 200's pretty well in some horrible looking water at New Caledonia so...

By "brand new" do you mean that Carpenter has released an improved version of the CV 79\40 (which I would like to be in on), or are you simply talking about a non-used one?
