Unfortuantley I only ended up with an hour or so to go looking for gear and only managed a few shops on beach road (The missus dragged me all over singapore sight seeing on those tourist buses  >:(  ) But I will be back over at the end of this year hopefully and will be making a beeline straight over your way.
