Guys, a couple more suggestions:
It is always a good idea to bring along a spray jacket. Apart from keeping yourself dry if there is a bit of wind and chop, it can be pretty cool in the mornings, especially if you get wet. I take a pair of waterproof pants as well. You also never know if it is going to rain.
For each day, you'll want to take out a small tackle bag with your lures, terminals, spare spools etc. I recommend you find yourself a waterproof bag like a Shimano Banar in a medium size. These will fit comfortably into the storage compartments in the dories. I don't use the Banar myself because I much prefer a hard bag but whatever bag you use, make sure it is waterproof otherwise it is a real pain at the end of each day. The storage compartments on the dories are not waterproof as I have found out in the past and your whole bag gets waterlogged if it is not waterpoof.
