The gold TG finish on Owner singles has been notable rubbish over the years - very prone to corrosion.  It's potentially good news that they have switched to the TN finish which is the one used on ST66 trebles for example

Realbait 170 - ST76 5/0

Both would probably take a size bigger - the relevant Recorder or Decoy.  With GT3s though I am always careful about not over-weighting them.  It is a fantastic popper and especially so when it sits up a little in the water.

GT3 190s I use so rarely that I should not comment.

So if using recorder, i should out on a pair of 6/0 ?

Whats the pros and cos of each individual hooks (eg. recorder, owner and decoy)
