Reel to pair with Ripple 5215 ?

Hi i just join gtpopping for a few months. I have bought a Ripper fisher 5215 after reading quite a number of forum and i would like to know which reel suits this rod best. The line I'm using will be P6 as what i have known after reading from quite a number of forum from you guys.

As what i have known after reading from quite a number of forum from this site i will have more line with pe6.
i live in s'pore and i don't need such a heavy setup so i will be using this setup when ever i go over sea.

I have this rod. It definitely pairs best with a 20000 size Stella. I usually have 80lb on mine and get about 400m (on Stella FA). The problem is if you go PE8 you only get about 280m which is not ideal if you are jigging quite deep for example. If you are using it shallow you might want to go PE8 for some better stopping power

My personal opinion, if your fishing area is only around Singapore which is only 30-40 metres deep, i think a light tackle setup may be more suitable. Perhaps a PE 2 setup will suffice.

You will not enjoy the fun and sensation of fishing. Happy fishing.
