Vibram five fingers - allow you to get that barefoot feel with shoes on.  No more burnt feet or slipping over for me on boats

You're right Graham although, personally, I am somewhat sartorially elegant compared to most of the yobs I fish with.

I have to look into wearing something on my feet. The trip before last I hit the deck hard twice and bruised both my ego and my gluteus maximus.

Regards,

Trevor

My other pet hate is shoes because I have never been able to find the "right" pair.

Hey Brandon,

CROCS all the way mate.

People knock them saying they are an unattractive shoe and i know any excuse to tease a CROC wearer will do but they are extremely comfortable, not to mention functional so unless it is a fashion competition, give them a try.

CROCS dry fast, drain well, very comfy and cost a lot less than half the lures in your bag will.

Just my 2 cents.

Chris

As for keeping trebles, I find tackle box of Ring Star very comfortable.
Left row on the photo is filled with ST76 4/0 and VanFook CT77 5/0, center row is filled with ST76 5/0. The box height and cell width is right ok for these models, but it does not fit big GT recorders.

Dmitrii, I use a hinged lid treble storage box that looks very similar to that which I bought from a hardware store. Holds everything from 4/0 to 8/0 trebles comfortably. The huge Shogun 10/0s are a bit tight but it is still just about OK.

Treble storage is never easy but I reckon this type of solution is as good as any.

Dmitrii - Where do you buy Ring Star?
What are the dimensions of that tackle box?

I bought it in Tokyo, Sansui shop.

Here is the link to the maker's site
http://www.ringstar.co.jp/products/getsurface/index.html

I believe the model I have is S-1700.
In millimeters 167 (L) x 126 (W) x 62 (H)

Brandon , i used the new Crocs with steel mesh inserts on the bottom on the last Nomad trip, very very  comfortable and drained really well with the shitty weather out at Marion , will send you a pic via SMS as this damm new laptop has email issues , ( probably the user )

secondly thanks all who posted info on the tackle bag issue, ended up getting the MC works bag and the Shout bag , will see how both perform soon .

Cheers
Jim
