Stick with your first thought mate.

By all the reports floating around you won't be dissapointed

Musandam at that time of year is really good Alex, Well worth the trip !

Im sure if you look through the recent and old reports on the Musandam, alot of the really big fish have been caught during April and May and good numbers of fish as well.

Chez Skinner and then Musandam seems to be favourite, Alex.

I might even be pursuaded to come and wet a line with you.

That is provided I recover in time from all the marlin I'll be getting in Port Stephens in March!

Trevor

Thanks chaps!

Hoping I would get some backup for the plan! Chez Nicks for tackle first then onto Chez Skinners!

I think West Pacific may be pushing it in the week timeframe!

Hi Alex, Musandam in March, April and May has some big fish. Mogi-san got his 137cm GT on 1 May last year. Always welcome this way got plenty accommodation and cold ones!

Other options is Tanzania which we trying in December, Andaman both very good operators. Can still do it via Dubai and do a day or 2 in Musandam or just enjoy Trevs company..........

Tanzania sounds interesting.

I could pack her in doors off to Zanzibar.

Hi Alex! We are always here and will do our trip in Oct 13 so I recon would be awesome to do another destination. I think doing trips to different places, meeting new people and seeing new ideas is an excellent way to build your knowledge and experience. I think for GTs Tanzania or Andaman would be good and Rodrigues and Reunion for doggies and an all round adventure.

But you will have to stop in Dubai for a night or two on the way...........

Cheers,
Nick
