Ben, my comment was not intended as an attack on ASWB products but I stand by my comment on what it reflects on quality control. I did not express a view on how the product performs.
If it swims; I want to catch it!

Hello Guys.

To start off with i will tell you how i see it. (That's right i am a strait shooter)
The way i read this thread is that it seems to be a personal attack on Brandon for having a opinion. And i agree with his opinion
It really is bloody disgraceful for a swivel to fall out of a lure. It shows a complete lack of quality control
Now let's not turn the thread into a shit fight. Brad has stated ( This is a standard Warranty on any ASWB lure )  and this is good to know.

Lets hope Brad (ASWB) continues making good quality lures. Nothing is perfect(incl famous JAP company).

As I raised the issue I'll make hopefully the final comments on it.
Firstly when I raised the issue with Stu at Elite he offered to replace the faulty product unseen immediately,and he did.
Secondly after 24hrs or so of making the comment on this forum I received a private written apology form Brad at AWSB to which I replied.
I would suggest various Reel manufactures could take a leaf out of AWSB's book when it comes to Customer Service.The End!!!!!
