How to measure GTs

Hi all
I'm trying not to weigh GTs before release to minimize the risk
I just want to make sure I measure them correctly, , I measure it from the end of the lower jaw and run the tape along the curve of their body on the center line all the way to the tail, I believe it is called curved fork length
please correct me if I'm not doing it right
this GT measured approx. 110 cm, do you have any idea how much weight should I expect
