Private messaging not working

Sorry for posting in this section, but I have no alternative..

I can't seem to send PM's to other members.
I get asked to 'verify' by typing the letters in the picture and answering two basic questions.  Problem is there is no image with letters. I have not had this issue before.

There is a 20 post requirement for PM message to be enabled.

Next time just email me - its isn't hard to find.
