Buying Stuff From PLAT

Hi Guys

So PLAT's having some Xmas sale and I intend to splurge some on stuff there.  Enquired on getting a CV 79/40.  Going for 75,000 yen, shipping/handling amounts to 11,725 yen.  Overall not bad pricing imo.

Anyone tried getting stuff from them, esp rods.  Worried abt the rod being damaged while being transported.

PLAT is a very reliable on line Japanese store, got lots of stuffs from them before. But be advice, they do add a 2.5% service fees on top of your purchase.
