Recommendations for pe4-6 rod

Good day

I'm looking for a lighter rod; as so far most of the fish we get is trevallies, Bohar snappers or smaller GTs around 20 kg at most
I prefer it to have good casting distance as this will enable the lure to cover bigger distance especially with the high boats we usually use
Lure weight will be 65-120 gm
Will use it with a 10k sized reel, so a rod on the lighter weight side is preferred for balance

I'm currently using a Smith Tokara with big stickbaits and poppers

A friend of mine highly recommends the Hots Tide Lez 78MH, there's also the 711 version which I guess will be better for casting distance
I'm open to any other options

Carpenter BC75MHS is very good albeit only rated PE4~5 .

The 711MH is a great rod but a little soft in the tip for the top end of your range.

60-100g no problem.

My favourite PE4 rods are the FCL Labo UCB 74 with the long handle (effectively 7'6") but I'm not sure whether it isn't a little short for your needs and Saltywater's El Maestro 710. Again 60-100g is about right

Both will handle your target fish without a problem.

The Blue Lagoon 84/22 is lovely rod and will handle PE5 no problem and you could probably push it to PE6.

I would suggest having a look at the Yamaga Blanks stable. The Blue Sniper 82/5 or 82/5 both seem spot on and there are several Aquilas in that class.  Yamaga Blanks/Ripple Fisher caters very well for this class of rods.

Love my Hots 711 for stickbaits in that range. I've lobbed up to 140g with it also but it feels perfect 80-110g for me.
Agree with both Trevor and Mark's comments, need to clarify it's really a stickbait rod so if poppers are your main lure then probably look at an allrounder option. You could probably find longer rods to cast a bit further or look at other brands to do the same job but I doubt you'd ever regret owning the Hots once you handled one.

I'm currently using a Tokara for poppers.

100 or 110 gm Sticbaits is just fine,
how much drag do you guys use with it?
line strength?
How is the casting distance?
Can it handle say a 25kg GT consistently?

The Hots 711MH has caught GT's up to between 40 - 50kg's in experience hands. It's a powerful rod for PE4 - 6 line, yes stickbaits of 60 to around 110g is sweet. I own one and love it and is comfortable to use with a 10000 size reel and PE5 line. I use 6 - 7kg of drag and casting distance is good for me lobbing out 60 meters with a 60 - 70g stickbait without even trying hard punching it strongly out.

Just for info, how would the Hots 711MH compare to:
Yamaga blue sniper 82/5
Ripple Fisher Ultimo 711ML UG Swim
MC Works Explosion or Seven miles(too many models that I got lost which ones should be in comparison)

Just one more point, a friend suggested that the Hots 78MH will be better if I would like to use small poppers up to around 125gms
