I'm looking to fish over Christmas.  Would I be best advised to go to the Islands or Musandam?

GT fishing over Christmas in Oman can be tough.

There's good fish in both places, it just becomes a little less reliable as water temperatures cool down.

Personally, I think your best chance of a decent GT in December is Musandam. It fired pretty much all the way through the season this year.
