Help on picking up okuma Cedros CSX

I'm looking on picking up an Okuma Cedros CSX, The thing is I can't decide between 10' M/H 2-5oz, or 10' H 3-8oz rating. I've heard from a friend that these poles are much softer than what they're rated at, and the heavy would be 2-6oz. I would like some insight on this as I have no other information on these poles.

I have the 10'H...i mainly use this rod for 2-4oz.  If using poppers, max that I use is about 4oz.
