On shopping sites I do not understand everything about the characteristics of Fisherman rods
I have a TRSH, it's a very good rod, I see LINE nylon 100lbs braid PE8 but on the TRS which is less powerful nylon 80lbs but always PE8
On the Monster 72 GT and CC70 nylon 50lbs and PE8
I do not understand what is the meaning of nylon and PE, why always PE8 and different values of nylon ?
What I think is that the notion of nylon gives the power of the rod, for example for the TRSH nylon 100lb = power 100lb, but why put the caracteristic of the braid PE8 ? which is not a strength but a diameter.
Regarding the Monster rod, I am surprised that nylon is only 50lb, these rods are far from having a power of 50lb, power level 9.5 and lure 300g
