F-Stick 82LC Nano Question

<< < (2/2)

Felix Lux:
It's not a specialised stickbait rod imo. To me it's an allrounder, although it does work larger stickbaits well.

Haven't fished an E-Cup, it's 145g with a pretty big cup like 46-50mm right? The old 82LC's comfortable limit in my opinion would be something like a Cubera 150 or Hitter Kimitsu 150, which I imagine would be very similar to the E-Cup in terms of how hard they are to pop.

Tried a 120g Gamma and while it was still casting fine, I couldn't get it to work nicely. Too much skipping and blowing out. A 130 or 140g GPC G3 floating stick (easier to work than the equivalnt 140g Gamma) was good also on the 82LC. The Gamma 160 was swimming nicely and the max I casted was 180g lures, which is getting close to it's limit. So a G Cup will definitely not work well.
