To be or not to be , floating stickbait ??
(1/1)
Frank Henri:
Hi guys,
On my three trips, I did not use the stickbait floating, popper and sinking stickbait yes, but everything did not work properly! And I ask myself some questions .... maybe my gamma ........
In France, we are not too used to fishing in floating stickbait! I'm talking about GT fishing .
When do you think that the use of stickbait becomes superior to a popper!
Or why prefer to use a stickbait!
Brandon Khoo:
Hi Frank - the reason why floating stickbaits are as successful as they are is because of the action. They look more life-like than any other lures provided you have theability to work them properly
Frank Henri:
Thank you Brandon,
This fishing is a bit disconcerting for me! I'm sure this is a must!
I have to do everything to try on my next trip!
Does the boat or captain have a special role to play in the stickbait action?
In Lakshadweep, the boat is often with minimum power to drive along the Reef !
it seems to me that it is more difficult like that!

Its very hard to work lures when a boat is underway regardless of how slowly, working a technical stickbait like the floating Japanese lures is even more frustrating as its nearly impossible to get any slack in the line.
