Same material as a surface bull but the new foam material is twice as hard as the older material that the Surface Bull and Surface Cruisers used to be made of. 40kg+ GT no problem from personal experience. Big Yellowfin no sweat. These lures will last many fish. Haymaker is more durable as the plastic  stands up to hits and does not pit like the Surface Bulls but I find the Surface Bulls draw more hits from more species.
