Cooktown/Ribbons Trip

<< < (3/5) > >>

Brandon Khoo:
Aaron - it seems like the "donkey" name has stuck.   :D
You're going to have to blame Gordon on this one. I reckon you should have a piece of him and then after that, we can call you "pretzel"  ;D

Aaron Concord:
Brandon,

You aim low and I'll be right in there with you...I promise!

Yep....I can't seem to shake the donkey moniker.

I'd rather be called donkey than pretzel....OR Lord Farquar for that matter  ;D

Brock Arifovic:
Aaron,

Just admit it mate you will answer to anything.
Well you have done so in the past.

Mick Cunningham:
welldone boy i guess you had fun .
nice report there .
i like the coming gt photo .
i better get out there soon before i go crazy again  ::)

i guess it will be our turn --- me and donkey and gorilla to test the new patroit design rod  ;D
hmmm yeah sound good why not we make the plan  ;).

hey brock , duncan did one of you use the patroit design rod on this trip .

hey the 2nd last photo  what lure is that ??

Brock Arifovic:
Mick,

The lure is an Orion Bigfoot 140.

I did use a PD rod, it was the Warld Combat GTZ Extreme 80, has alot of grunt down low, quite soft in the tip, great for casting Stick Baits, threw 190 Orion Bigfoots on it. nice rod. Wasn't quite sure about the smaller guides but seems to cast very well, different to get used to but still very nice.
