Anyone used those jigstar jigging rods in the spin application?

I'm the owner of Jig Star so please don't disqualify my offerings.
Richard at the 3 Kings 2010 with the protype 350g Jig Star spin rod with 8000SW.
Result was a 30kg Kingfish.

Richard again but with the production 350g Jig Star.

Hi Chris

The rods are amazing just got back from the Three Kings with Chris testing them out, we caught many kings from 15-44kg on them and also bass up to 80kg !
Shoot in and see Graham at Beverly Hills he has them in stock.

andrew what rods and reels were you using for the big bass, i know you are using jigging master reel but what size reel? and how heavy are the rods

I've had certain experience with Jig Star 5' Spinning rod.  The current model has tenacity for being such a thin blank.  At first my confidence was low however proved to be wrong.  I have a video of the 250g rod in action somewhere...
