Title: Carpenter OMA 92
Post by: Alex Gomez on April 27, 2015, 09:51:34 PM
Hi there,

Anyone had any experience using this rod?

Keen to know thoughts and would it double up as a good kingfish rod off the rocks?

Cheers

Alex,

I have not used this Rod! But know of it, since was designed for the big tuna up here in Northern Japan!
Where it gets it name Oma!! It was designed for 100kg over Bluefin!! But being a 9'2 i would say it would
not be a bad rod off the rocks! Depending on the location! Should still be able to get good distance with it.
And it being a 60-140g lure weight Rod!!
