Title: Heru Cubera 150 or 125 gr with a RF GT79R
Post by: Patrick Naslund on November 08, 2010, 12:07:22 AM
As the title says.

Would the RF GT79R handle Heru Cubera 150 gram ok, or should I go for the 125 gram ?

Patrick

Hi Patrick, the 79R will handle the 150g Cubera comfortably.

Thanks Paul.

I thought it would, but felt I'd better be safe than sorry before making my order on a few  :)

I agree with Paul's comments. You will find the 79 will comfortably handle the cubera 150g - which may I add, remains one of the best value poppers money can buy, (in my opinion)

Thanks for that Brandon.

I only got somewhat unsure ( confused) after reading on Nomads site that they recommend the 150 for rods like SP78EXH or WV80XH

The EXH and WV will work the 150 as well but you certainly do not need a rod as stiff as the EXH for it.
