Post by: Chris Young on April 01, 2011, 11:17:33 AM
Latest colours with new reflective foils

Damn hard to get the pics to show the detail in these foils,  ::)

Most colours in the range are available on Sidewinders

These will retail for $99.00 each inc GST and are made to order, I have no stock!

Great stuff Chris, they look very nice. Those colours look like they should cover every possible scenario

Well played mate!

What sort of price will they be....similar to the Kongs?

Just an update from the Dark Continent.

4 of those lovelies in the first post are now residing in Dre's Man Cave, and I cannot express my thanks enough for the superb service as always from Crusty!!

The lures themselves are superb in finish and design, of course as we've all come to expect when dealing with Crusty and his Fullscales... but these Sidewinders are above and beyond what I expected, they are magnificintly built and finished... the paint work is superb and tough as nails!

I took mine for a swim at a local pond/estuary on Sunday morning... scared the shit out of the local dog walkers and carp fisherman, but what the heck.... nice way to start the day at sunrise on a sunday, slinging monster stickbaits across some quiet water, scaring the locals... In fact the local canoe club learnt to avoid my path of casting when they saw the size of lure I was throwing...

Speaking of size, these Sticks are ENORMOUS.... I cannot even begin to describe how large they are... they make my Heru/DarkStar 200 Uluas and Wahoos look small...
I was casting it on a Ripplefisher 79H, paired with Gamakatsu 8/0 I think.... rod cast this weight beautifully, and the lure is VERY easy to work in my opinion... a great action, very realistic and smooth, with, for me, the right amount of wobble and roll without over doing it on a steady sweep... a more erratic action was easy to achieve with a shorter quicker twitch/sweep...

Damn fine product Crusty, very impressed, my thanks!

Dear Chris,

Have you appointed any agent for Fullscale lure in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia?
Kaiser is still the main agent in Singapore, i presume?
Really admired the craftmanship.

cheers
