Title: PR knots as joining knot
Post by: Sam Beeby on May 14, 2008, 09:28:22 PM
How well does the PR knot work in say 50lb braid to 80lb mono - does it still bite into mono that isn't of 100lb type diametres?   I'm looking to topshot my 50lb braid with 30m of straight thru 80lb mono for YFT and want the most streamlined knot possible. Will its breaking strain still be good in these lighter lines?
