Guys, can anyone chip in whether prior visa approval is required for Australians and Malaysians travelling to Oman ?
Thanks
-
Lenny, that question is very easily answered via a Google search. For example:

Lenny, when you arrive in Muscat, you will have to get into the queue for the visa payment. You can pay in USD.

Thanks, Mark & Chris.
Spot on !

I returned from Oman four days ago.
Patience waiting for the visa is time consuming. :o
Good luck.

Or if you've already entered the UAE on your way to Oman you can just head straight to passport control in Muscat.

Thanks Jay & Celso. How was the trip ?
We are direct to Muscat n then Salalah. Guess the visa would be applied upon arrival at Salalah.
Wonder would there be any issues at Salalah ?

No Lenny, you clear immigration at Muscat and then take a domestic flight to Salalah.
Celso's report is in the forum already: http://www.gtpopping.com/forum/index.php?topic=5104.0 (http://www.gtpopping.com/forum/index.php?topic=5104.0)
