Title: Gt/ulua fishing in Hawaii. Help

So it turns out I have to fly to Hawaii not once but twice in one year for two seperate weddings. It seems a long way to go to not make the most of being in a gt populated environment. So I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on any hookups/skippers/charters that could be beneficial to tangle with a few of the locals, any information would be sick!
