Today I had the opportunity to have a sneak preview of the new threadline reel by Tica it wont be released till February 2011 .
Spec on the reel are 5.41  ,30kgs drag ,300x PE7. 14 RRB Rust resistant Bearings Manual Bail Trip Instant anti -Reverse ,Stainless steel specially hardened main shaft ,worm shaft System .line retrieved per crank turn -117 cm ,weight is comparable to 10000 Stella .,and 3 years stress less Warranty ,Drag on the reel as demonstrated was impressive ,and the ball arm stood up to the test . May be of interest as the price stated was around $750.0 mark .
