Title: Ripple Fisher Reversal v flex v powerfight

Pretty similar ratings on these. To those who have used these rods, whether nano version or not, care to share how they stack up against one another in terms of chugging/stickbaiting and fighting fish?

The Reversal is a legendary rod - see Brandon's excellent guide to GT rods.

I own the older versions of the 82LC and the 78PF. The LC is my favorite rod (poppers to 150g and bigger stickbaits).  The PF is an out and out chugging rod, poppers to 180g. I believe the Flex is similar to the PF but slightly kinder on the angler.

My local shop now has the nano versions in stock - decisions, decisions.....

The Powerfight is a signifcantly stiffer rod and is better for poppers than the Reversal. The Reversal is more a mutlipurpose rod.

Yes Chris the nano versions make it a tougher choice! Reversals are hard to come by nowadays, and the new nano version seems a little soft. Heard a flex nano is coming out next year as well.
