Title: Maldives Documentary
Post by: Evan Gluck on March 31, 2012, 05:48:32 AM
Not exactly about fishing, but a documentary just came out about the recently deposed President of the Maldives, a place famous for GT popping.   The movie shows how Mohamed Nasheed not only fought for increased democracy in the Island nation, but also to battle global warming and other environmental issues that could result in there being no GT popping in Maldives in the future.  I have not seen it but according to this review it is a movie worth watching, especially for us who might want to visit and fish there one day.
