Title: New Varivas casting braids
Post by: Alexandre Charbit on August 27, 2011, 02:43:22 AM
Hi All,
Have you guys been using the Varivas casting PE max power and how is it compared to Avani GT max power? I've been using GT max power from PE 6 to 12, (including 8 and 10  ;)), and was wondering what the casting series were like?

And what difference between Avani casting SMP and Avani GT SMP? haven't found any clear explanation on the web.

I know the SNP version of braid is stronger for the same diameter, this is what i researched.

ie in PE 8 the gt is 100lb where the gt snp is 120 lb. So in short stonger braid same diameter

hope this helps
