Post by: cbaker77 on June 18, 2007, 12:21:38 PM
Iam going to be doing some jigging in cairns towards the end of July and was wondering what size, style, or colors are most effective?  Thanks!

Ring Derek or Peter at Cairns Tackle & Bait (07) 4031 4040, they are really getting into jigging in a big way, let them know that Andrew Woodley-Page recommended them. They're good guys, they'll help you.

Hi Brandon,
They guys mostly target in shore species, smaller trevs and coral species using light tackle.  They are also targeting large species at 'the reef'.
